The ISI Brotherhood Foundation is led by a Board of Directors that cares deeply about strengthening men, supporting families, and advancing the mission of ISI Brotherhood.
Our board helps guide the Foundation’s vision, protect its purpose, and steward the resources entrusted to us. Their leadership ensures that scholarships, retreats, camps, and mission opportunities remain rooted in biblical truth and focused on lasting impact.
Each board member brings a heart for faith-based leadership, a commitment to strong families, and a desire to see men walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Together, they help expand opportunities for men, fathers, sons, and families to experience renewal, authentic brotherhood, and spiritual growth.

PRESIDENT
DEREK CHAMPAGNE
Derek is a committed Christ follower, a devoted husband of 20 years, and a proud father of two teenagers. As a Partner and lead Facilitator in Iron Sharpens Iron Brotherhood, he brings a heart for strengthening men in faith, family, and leadership. Professionally, he is the Founder and CEO of a full-service marketing agency established in 2007, with offices in Northwest Arkansas, Little Rock, and Nashville, and is also a partner in a global e-commerce agency.

AARON WALKER
Aaron is a devoted Christ follower, husband to Robin for 46 years, proud father of two daughters, and grandfather to five grandchildren. With more than 45 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience, he has built and led multiple businesses while staying anchored in his core belief that relationships matter most. As the founder of Iron Sharpens Iron Brotherhood and author of View From The Top, Aaron is deeply committed to helping men transform their lives, grow in faith, strengthen their families, and pursue success and significance with purpose.

BROOKE SHEESLEY
Brooke Sheesley is a Christ follower, wife, mother, Partner and Director of Operations at ISI Brotherhood. With a background in event planning and operations leadership, she excels at strategic planning, organization, logistics, and attention to detail. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences where people feel valued and connected, while helping teams and events operate with excellence behind the scenes. Brooke is committed to supporting ISI Brotherhood's mission through servant leadership and operational greatness.
